Marketing & Growth Manager
We are looking to hire a Marketing & Growth Manager to design, implement and lead a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for the organization. This is a highly self-driven and proactive leadership role where you will be involved in supporting the overall growth of the organization. You will work directly with the leadership team.
- Identify and analyze the most effective marketing strategies and channels for growing Myphones’ online presence.
- Manage the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
- Devise, implement and grow all marketing, communication and social media activities based on your recommendations of effective strategies.
- Monitor, evaluate and track the effectiveness of campaigns and report findings to leadership team.
- Lead event planning and promotions, including designing promotional assets and supporting with operational aspects of event planning
- Liaison with management to set marketing strategy for achieving organization goals
- Keep up to date on marketing trends in Westman area. Being aware and analyzing market trends and activities of competitors (Corporate and Dealer activities of Bell, Rogers, etc.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
- Must have strong graphic design, copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience running boosted campaigns on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google.
- Comfortable hosting events, conducting interviews and interacting with people.
This position will primarily be a remote position (work from home). You will be required to visit the office and participate in on-site events, as agreed upon. If selected for an interview, you will be required to provide a portfolio of previous work, along with the associated campaign effectiveness metrics.
